Application
The F42 activates the EasyBlend concept.
EasyBlend uses a batch weigher positioned between the silo and the hoppers in the house.
EasyBlend is specially for situations where 1 or 2 ingredients, usually wheat, are mixed with a
core feed. This concept is not suitable for preparing feed yourself.
The system consists of the F42 control computer and a weigher. The entire process is accurately
controlled, from preparing the feed in the batch weigher, filling the hoppers in the house right up
to supplying the feeding lines in the house.
The F42 controls 1 (F42) or 2 (F42.2) houses with maximum 4 silos and registers the consumption
of 5 feed types. It is also possible to mix two feed types or cereals to reduce feed costs and
to control the growth of your animals more accurately.
Features • Accurate control of the feeding process from silo to pan
• Possibility to mix wheat
• Unrestricted or rationed feeding
• Several feeding cycles per 24 hours (8 maximum).
• Stock control
• Registration of water consumption
• A feed curve enables the daily feed amount to be programmed (maximum 10 feed curves
with 20 bending points).
• Timer functions for water, light or feed. Water, feed and light are always geared to one
another.
• 8 extended light clocks, with ON/OFF control, dimmer function, including light measurement
and control.
• EasyBlend perfectly fits in existing situations.
• When the silo is empty, EasyBlend automatically switches to another silo with the same
feed type.
• To prevent premature switching to another feed type with bridge forming, EasyBlend uses
the day number to check if switching over is allowed.
• Using an optional manual operation box enables the feeding system to be controlled
manually in the event of trouble without interrupting animal growth. During manual operation
wheat cannot be mixed.
• In the start situation the storage hoppers in the house are filled with feed.
• As soon as the feed process starts, a new portion of feed is prepared in the batch weigher,
in the right mixing ratio.
• While the feed is transported to the hopper in the house, the feed types are well mixed.
• The last hopper in the house at the end of the feeding lines contains sensors, which control
a correct supply of feed.
