SPECIFICATIONS<br />
Top View<br />
HOUSING: One piece, die formed 20 gauge cold rolled steel housing<br />
with continuously tig welded seams. Other housing options available<br />
(see Options).<br />
DOOR: Anodized, extruded aluminum inset door frame with integral<br />
lens channel. Continuous gasketing integrates door frame and lens<br />
to form a tight seal. Other door options available (see Options).<br />
HINGE: Two aircraft cable hinges support door frame and are easily<br />
disconnected for installation and maintenance.<br />
LENS: Installed with internal prism pattern to maintain smooth environmental<br />
side. See lens options.<br />
GASKETING: Closed cell neoprene gasketing surrounds perimeter<br />
of lens to seal lens to door frame.<br />
Standard Door Detail<br />
POWER MODULE: Electrical components are mounted to a unitized<br />
power module with quick disconnect that is removable without tools<br />
to facilitate service. AWM, TFN or THHN wire used throughout, rated<br />
for required temperatures.<br />
BALLAST: Class P, energy saving ballast standard. Sound rating A,<br />
CBM/ETL certified. UL listed.<br />
FASTENERS: Stainless steel machine screws secure through<br />
sealed captive nuts and are evenly spaced to compress gasketing on<br />
all sides.<br />
FINISH: White polyester powder coat finish over multi-stage phosphatizing<br />
pretreatment to ensure superior paint adhesion and rust<br />
resistance. Reflectance: 93%.<br />
CERTIFICATION: UL listed and labeled. CSA approved. Suitable<br />
for wet locations.<br />
