6.4 Response times during both the initial one-year on-site warranty as well as the<br />

7. How to Place Your Order<br />

6.4.1 Vendors for warranty and maintenance must have response centers<br />

available 24 X 7 X 365.<br />

6.4.2 Vendor must provide a 1-hour response via telephone, remote<br />

access, or on-site to <strong>PSAP</strong> location.<br />

6.4.3 Vendor must provide a 3-hour on-site response from initial contact<br />

if the problem cannot be resolved by telephone or remote access.<br />

6.4.4 Replacement parts must carry the same warranty whether<br />

refurbished or new.<br />

7.1 Please contact the seller with questions regarding pricing or products on this<br />

list. Contact information is provided in the Vendor Information Chapter as<br />

outlined in the table <strong>of</strong> contents.<br />

7.2 Please include the following information on all purchase orders.<br />

7.2.1 “E-<strong>911</strong> <strong>PSAP</strong> <strong>Equipment</strong> <strong>EPL</strong> <strong>3646</strong>. This will identify your<br />

purchase for audit purposes.<br />

7.2.2 Bill to Address<br />

7.2.3 Ship to Address<br />

7.2.4 Purchase Order Number<br />

7.2.5 Clear Description and Part Number<br />

7.2.6 Contact Name and Phone Number for your agency/institution<br />

purchasing agent<br />

8. Object Codes<br />

ITS, in conjunction with the Office <strong>of</strong> the State Auditor and the <strong>Department</strong> <strong>of</strong> Finance<br />

and Administration, requests that all <strong>EPL</strong> Customers carefully code purchases with the<br />

correct Minor Object Codes. State agencies that utilize the Statewide Automated<br />

Accounting System (SAAS) should use the following object codes on purchase order<br />

documents for purchases from this <strong>EPL</strong><br />
