Sealed tenders on prescribed schedules are invited from Contractors having valid H.T. Electrical License issued by E.L.B.O.,
Orissa for execution of erection of H.T & L.T. power line and commissioning of S/S, to effect power supply to Deep Bore well projects
under different blocks of Sambalpur and Deogarh District, on Turnkey basis as mentioned below:

The completion period of entire works of each package is 45 ( Fourtyfive ) days. Tender papers will be sold at L.I.Division office
Sambalpur during office hours on working days from 15.11.11 to 21.11.2011 on payment of requisite tender paper cost as mentioned
above.The tender documents can also be downloaded from the official website of Sambalpur/Deogarh District. The sealed tenders
will be received at L.I.Division Office Sambalpur from 10.00 AM to 2.00PM. on 22.11.2011 and will be opened on the same day at
3.30P.M. in presence of the bidders who wish to attend or their authorised representatives, if any. If the office happens to be closed on
the date of dropping and opening as mentioned above, the tenders will be received and opened on the next working day at the same
time and same venue. The cost of tender paper may be deposited in shape of Cash at above office or by deposit of a demand draft
issued by any nationalized Bank in favour of Executive Engineer Lift Irrigation Division, Orissa Lift Irrigation Corpn.Ltd. Sambalpur
payable at Sambalpur.
The tenders must be accompanied with attested copies of valid H.T. license, Pan Card, VAT clearance on form No. 612 and EMD
as mentioned above in shape of A/C. payee D.D/Banker’s cheque issued by any nationalized Bank in favour of Executive Engineer,
L.I.Division, Orissa Lift Irrigation Corporation Sambalpur payable at Sambalpur. In addition to the E.M.D. the contractors must
accompany the cost of tender if downloaded from the website.
The Engineering Contractor seeking exemption of E.M.D. will have to furnish an affidavit to the effect that he has not awarded
more than two works without E.M.D. in the current financial year.
Other information if required, may be enquired from L.I.Division Office Sambalpur. The undersigned reserves all rights to accept or
reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
