Sealed tender are invited from Manufacturers/Companies/Authorized<br />
dealerslEPM registered firm/ valid SSI units having valid licence for supply of the<br />
following items for use in the development works of different Blocks under different<br />
schemes executed in <strong>Cuttack</strong> District for the year 2010-11.<br />

1. The <strong>Tender</strong> documents consisting of detail specification, set of terms & condition<br />
of contract & other necessary documents can be seen in the Govt. web-site www<br />
cuttack.nic.in till the date of sale of tender paper<br />
2. The EMD as per table above must be submitted in shape of NSC/FDR/TDR duly<br />
pledged in favour of Project Director, DRDA, <strong>Cuttack</strong>.<br />

3. <strong>Tender</strong> paper must be accompanied by Xerox copy of valid VAT clearance in the<br />
Form -612, Pan Card and valid Registration with up-to-date ITCC.<br />
4. The sale of tender paper will start from 3.5.2010 to 11.05.2010 at office hours &<br />
will be received up to 3 P.Mon or before 12.5.2010 & will be opened at 4 P.M.<br />
on 12.5.2010 in the presence of the tenderer or their authorized agent. Intending<br />
tenderer may also down load the tender paper from the web site www<br />
cuttack.nic.in during the selling period.

5. The cost of tender paper as per item in the table will be submitted in favour of<br />
Project Director, DRDA, <strong>Cuttack</strong> in shape of Demand Draft payable at SBI,<br />
Bidyadharpur, <strong>Cuttack</strong>. In case of down loading from the web site the draft of the<br />
above amount is to be enclosed in a separate envelope with a captioned "Cost of<br />
<strong>Tender</strong> Paper".<br />
6. The delivery of material will be made at a.p. head quarters qr Block head<br />
quarters as per requirement. The rate quoted should be inclusive of all taxes,<br />
transportation, loading & unloading.<br />
7. The authority reserves the right to rejects the tender with out assigning any reason<br />
thereof.<br />
