SHORT TENDER CALL NOTICE NO.-
The Project Director, DRDA,Cuttack invites in confirmaty with detail Tender Calli Notice to be
eventually drawn up in State PWD Form F-2 contract by the respective BDOs for execution of works
detailed in the Table from elligible class of Contractors mentioned against the work registered with the
State Govt. & Contractors of equivalent grade/Class registered with Central Govt./MES/Railways for
execution of civil works on production of definite proof from the appropriate authority.The bidders may
submit bids for any or all of the following works.

.;~. The Tender document consisting of detail specification, schedule of quantities and set of
Terms & conditions of contract and other necessary documents can be seen in the Office of
the undersigned/in respective Blocks during Office hours on every working days till the date of
sale of Tender papers.
2. Tender must be accompanied by EMD 1% of the value put to Tender in shape of
NSC/Postal Savings Bank account/FDR /KVP & TDR duly pledged in favour of Project
Director,DRDA,Cuttack. No cheque,bank draftor cash payment will be accepted for the
purpose.
3. Tender must be accompanied by xerox copy of valid Vat clearance in the form 612, PAN
card & valid contract licenses up to date ITCC.
4. The sale of Tender papershall start from 25.3.2010 to06.04.201Oatoffice hours in the office
of the DRDA,Cuttackas well as in respective Blocks .Intending contractors may also down-load
the tender paper from Web-site www. Cuttack.nic.in during the selling period.The cost of
Tenderpaper is RS.6240/- in cluding 4% Vat in shape of Demand Draft payble at
SBI,Bidyadharpur,Cuttack which is to be enclosed in a separate envolpe with a caption" Cost
of Tender paper" in case of Downloading.
5.The complete Bid in all respect shall be receivedin the office of the Project Director
DRDA,Cuttack as well as in respective Blocks up to 3 P.M. on or before dt.07.04.2010 through
the Tender Box or Regd. Post/Speed post only. The authority will not be held responsible for
postal delay in the delivery of the documents or non receipt of the same.No Bid will be received
beyond specefied date & time.
6.The Bid documents will be opened on 08.04.2010 at 4 P.M. in the office of the undersigned
in presence of the members of the Tender committee & the Bidders or their authorised agents.

7. Incase of Engineer contractor seeking exemption of EMD in this work are instructed to
produce an affidavit regarding the list of works awarded during the current financial year 09-10
with exemption of EMD and will submit copy of the engineering contract license.
8. The Project Director,DRDA,Cuttack reserves right to reject any or all the tenders without
assigning any reason thereof.
