Particulars of Organisation, function and Duties<br />

Sec – 4 (I) (b) (i)<br />

Out of 29 sections of Collectorate, <strong>Cuttack</strong> this Audit and Inspection Section is one of them<br />

which is functioning 10A.M. to 5 P.M.. All the records and files relating to <strong>inspection</strong> Note of<br />

Hon’ble Member, Board of Revenue, Orissa, <strong>Cuttack</strong>, R.D.C., (C.D.), <strong>Cuttack</strong>, Secretary to<br />

R.D.C., (C.D.), <strong>Cuttack</strong>, Collector, <strong>Cuttack</strong> , Addlitional District Magistrate, <strong>Cuttack</strong>, Sub-<br />

Collectors, all Tahasildars of the District and all Sectional Officers of this Collectorate with its<br />

compliance reports are to be submitted to higher authorities are dealt here. Besides, the following<br />

items of works are also dealt in this section. Audit reports and Inspection report of Board of<br />

Revenue and A.G., Orissa on accounts of <strong>collector</strong>ate, sub-<strong>collector</strong>s Office, Tahasil Offices,<br />

Treasury and Sub- Treasury offices with its compliance. Audit reports on relief accounts and<br />

issue of N.D.C., Recovery of Govt. dues from Employees concerned arising out of A/R, and I/R<br />

conference and meeting including T.C. Meeting. Reports and Returns on clearance of A/R &<br />

I/Rs relating to Collector and Inspection of P.S. by the District Magistrate & Addl. District<br />

Magistrate, Annual Inspection of D.M., A.D.M. and Sub-Collectors.<br />
