fi t-boxing classes now! We have taken the liberty to<br />

marry the intensive pad work portion of traditional<br />

boxing with new age effective burning exercises.<br />

Schedule : Saturday, 3.30pm - 4.30pm<br />

of cardio and light weight training exercises our<br />
