Mother’s Day Lunch<br />

Sunday 6th May <strong>2012</strong><br />

Why not spoil your Mother on this special day<br />

<strong>and</strong> have her indulge in the excellent food <strong>and</strong><br />

service the <strong>Club</strong> <strong>of</strong>fers at this very popular<br />

annual luncheon. Families including children<br />

8 years <strong>and</strong> over are most welcome to attend.<br />

Lunch will commence at midday with members<br />

<strong>and</strong> guests requested to be seated by 12.45pm<br />

at the latest. Individual tables are available <strong>and</strong><br />

Head Chef Norman Langenbrinck will create a<br />

limited choice two course menu plus a selection<br />

<strong>of</strong> canapés on arrival. All Mothers will receive a<br />

complimentary glass <strong>of</strong> sparkling wine on arrival.<br />

Wine Luncheon -<br />

In <strong>South</strong> <strong>Australia</strong>’s Barossa Valley, the Kalleske<br />

All Kalleske wines are estate grown <strong>and</strong> vinified<br />

with minimalist winemaking techniques used<br />

allowing genuine h<strong>and</strong>made estate wines to be<br />

produced. The range is a diverse mix <strong>of</strong> wines<br />

that showcases the splendid Kalleske grapes.<br />

Since the first wine release in 2004, Kalleske<br />

has rapidly gained a reputation for producing<br />

top-quality h<strong>and</strong> crafted wines. Kalleske are<br />

committed to continue making genuine estate<br />

grown wines <strong>of</strong> individuality <strong>and</strong> <strong>of</strong> vineyard<br />

<strong>and</strong> winemaking excellence.<br />

“a careful, appreciative tasting <strong>of</strong> various foods”.<br />

Enjoy a breathtaking meal matched to premium<br />

wines at this gala <strong>Club</strong> event. Chef Norman<br />

<strong>and</strong> House Manager Mark have put their heads<br />

together to bring you yet another night <strong>of</strong> fine<br />

food <strong>and</strong> good wine served in our intimate<br />

Dining Room. Join the President at this exclusive<br />

black tie dinner <strong>and</strong> share in some <strong>of</strong> the<br />

most exclusive <strong>Club</strong> cellared wines matched<br />

a selection <strong>of</strong> exquisite courses. The menu is<br />

a modern <strong>Australia</strong>n style designed around the<br />

best <strong>of</strong> local produce <strong>and</strong> carefully selected local<br />

ingredients.<br />

Music Adelaide’s Sax & Guitar Duo will be on<br />

h<strong>and</strong> to provide some light background Jazz<br />

inspired music for guests to enjoy throughout<br />
