Aperitivo Fridays<br />
1st & 3rd Friday each month<br />
Being in a friendly atmosphere where people<br />
get together to have a drink <strong>and</strong> some<br />
complimentary “stuzzicchini” (finger food), while<br />
chatting <strong>and</strong> having a good time, is the concept<br />
<strong>of</strong> ‘APERITIVO’. So, why not come along on the<br />
first <strong>and</strong> third Friday <strong>of</strong> the month,<br />
Each Aperitivo Friday, House Manager Mark<br />
will select options from a range <strong>of</strong> interesting<br />
beers, wines <strong>and</strong> spirits, for Members to enjoy<br />
at Member Bar prices, whilst Chef Norman will<br />
provide a range <strong>of</strong> complimentary “stuzzicchini”<br />
or tasting plates for Members to try.<br />

Wednesday Night<br />
Themed Dining<br />
1st Wednesday each month<br />
“Family Dining”<br />
On the first Wednesday <strong>of</strong> each month Chef will<br />
provide a selection <strong>of</strong> dishes from the Bar <strong>and</strong><br />
Dining Room to create a menu that will satisfy<br />
the entire family. A complimentary dessert will<br />
be made available <strong>and</strong> a family movie will be<br />
shown in the Long Tan Room from 7.30pm<br />
each month.<br />
2nd Wednesday each month<br />
“Asian Cuisine”<br />
On the second Wednesday <strong>of</strong> each month, the<br />
menu is Asian. From India to Indonesia <strong>and</strong> East<br />
to China <strong>and</strong> Japan, Chef will create a selection<br />
<strong>of</strong> main course dishes each month using the<br />
freshest regional produce available for you to<br />
choose from with a complimentary glass <strong>of</strong> <strong>Club</strong><br />
Reserve Sauvignon Blanc.<br />
3rd Wednesday each month<br />
“la cucina Italiana”<br />
On the third Wednesday <strong>of</strong> each month,<br />
the menu is Italian. Chef’s approach here is<br />
freshness <strong>and</strong> simplicity. Spaghetti, macaroni,<br />
fusilli, lasagne or even gnocchi – a selection <strong>of</strong><br />
dishes will be presented to choose from along<br />
with a complimentary glass <strong>of</strong> <strong>Club</strong> Reserve<br />
Shiraz.<br />
4th Wednesday each month<br />
“Steak”<br />
Start the week with a steak cooked to perfection.<br />
The fourth Wednesday <strong>of</strong> each month, Chef will<br />
select the best cut <strong>of</strong> steak available <strong>and</strong> expertly<br />
cook it on the grill to your liking. Served with<br />
a choice <strong>of</strong> sauces <strong>and</strong> a complimentary glass<br />
<strong>of</strong> <strong>Club</strong> Reserve Shiraz.<br />
