Four Ways of
Deepening Centering Prayer
Learn how to deepen your Centering
Prayer into contemplation. Discover how
your Centering Prayer practice can develop
so that you can integrate prayer into activity,
move through dark nights, and serve others
more easily.
“Love one another as I have
loved you.” (John 13:34)
Help for Your Centering Prayer
Learn time-tested contemplative attitudes
and mindsets that will bring ease and joy to
your practice, improving it and making it
much more effective.
“Be transformed by the renewal
of your mind.” (Rm 12:2)
Open to God’s Grace in Your Prayer
Learn how to better receive the gift of
Christ’s presence and action so that you
do not feel stuck struggling alone in your
practice. Experience what it means to pray
with God instead of search for God.
“It is in God that we live and move and
have our being.” (Acts 17:12)
