Running Zone, Coach Bernie; Your Best Tri (Linda Cowart and Suzie Enlow) and<br />
Quest Aquatics have teamed up to prepare you for your first or best multisport event!<br />
This USA Triathlon-sanctioned camp has been chosen as the official training camp<br />
for the inaugural three-event Surf <strong>Coast</strong> Trifecta www.surfcoasttrifecta.com and will<br />
also offer coaching for the Danskin all-women’s Triathlon www.danskintriathlon.net<br />
Your choice of the four, nine or 13-week programs will provide personalized training schedules;<br />
weekly group training with two coached pool sessions, one coached cycling workout, one<br />
coached run workout and combo workouts such as swim/bike; bike/run or race simulation. The<br />
combo workouts will also teach you how to speed through transition and provide open water<br />
swim practice so there won’t be any race-day surprises!<br />
The camp also offers gait analysis; bike fit; tire-changing clinic and lectures on nutrition, race<br />
strategy and mental preparation. Participants will also receive Surf <strong>Coast</strong> Triathlon training<br />
singlets (technical, non-cotton), Running Zone goodie bags and Coach Bernie swim caps.<br />
The Surf <strong>Coast</strong> Trifecta offers the Ron Jon Triathlon on April 18 (1/4-mile swim, 13-mile<br />
bike, 3.1-mile run) www.cocoabeachtriathlon.com the <strong>Space</strong> <strong>Coast</strong> Bikearathon on May<br />
23(20-mile bike, 6-mile run) www.bikearathon.com and the Dad’s Day Tri on June 20 (1/4<br />

If you are training for your first multisport event, we recommend you set your sights on the<br />
<strong>Space</strong> <strong>Coast</strong> Bikearathon or the ladies’-only Danskin Triathlon and/or the Dad’s Day Tri.<br />
Those with some race experience under their belts can get ready to rock the Ron Jon Tri<br />
during the four-week camp and then may want to set their sites on the entire Trifecta!<br />
Come join us on Tuesday, <strong>March</strong> 16 from 6:30 p.m. until 7:30 at Pro Health & Fitness on<br />
Merritt Island. This is a great chance to learn more about the program, pick-up camp materials<br />
and meet your coaches.<br />
The first group workout will take place Saturday, <strong>March</strong> 20 at 7 a.m. at the Rockledge High<br />
School pool; 220 Raider Road, Rockledge 32955. Bring swimsuit, goggles and towel.<br />
