The HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, through its
undersigned
PROSECUTORS, respectfully requests for the issuance of subpoenae duces tecum
requiring the following persons to bring the documents indicated below and subpoenae
ad testificandum for them to attend and testify at the hearing specified herein at the
Senate Session Hall, Senate of the Philippines, Pasay City, in relation to the instant
impeachment proceed ings:
