committed time and gave us open and honest feedback throughout the
Head of School search process.

feel that Mr. Scheurle would be a perfect

Your active involvement permitted us to conduct a complete and thorough
assessment of our candidates. Additionally, without your engagement, our
candidates would not have had the opportunity to see what a special community
of parents, faculty, administrators, alumni and, most importantly, students we
have at MVS. Each candidate came away impressed and with a desire to join
both our school and our community.
The committee was thrilled with the caliber of the candidates that expressed interest
in being our next Head of School. From the feedback we received, board
members, staff, faculty, parents, alumni and students were equally impressed
by their exposure to such high quality candidates. We are grateful to them and
have learned much from their insights into our school.
The committee appreciates the feedback it received. It was only with that feedback,
combined with referencing and extensive interviews, that we could gain
the most comprehensive view possible for our selection. We are so pleased and
excited to have ended with a candidate that we, and the entire community, can
so strongly embrace.
We feel absolutely confident that we have selected the candidate who best fits
the needs of our school community. We are looking forward to having Jay and
Tina join our MVS community, and Jay is very excited about the challenges and
opportunities ahead. We know that we are putting all of the pieces in place to
make this great school even better.
