REASONS FOR DEVELOPMENT :
SC 380 paste was developed to form an
intermediate product between behaviour
of SC 175 and SC 390.
On some applications (direct mould or
infusion on the model) SC 175 appears
to be considered tender.
SC 390 has very high performance with
a relative high cost compare to the SC
range.
• SC 380 has a good compromise
between Shore hardness and pricing.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
REPAIR
SC 380 SC 380
Limit the thickness (max 30 mm) to avoid exotherm, too high shrinkage and
tension during hardening.
For large size, apply the product in patches (about 2 m² each);
precure overnight at 40°C and fulfil the dilatation line the day after.
We propose different systems for paste repair:
For a large repair surface or modification of the design, we recommend to reapply
the paste SC 380.
For repair to small surface areas or to infill gaps, there are three possibilities
according to the customers requirements:
• SC 380 : machinable / sandable 24h after extrusion
• M380 /M 10 : machinable / sandable 4h after application
• APF 7 : machinable / sandable 30 mn after application
M 380 / M 10
M 380 is a quick setting epoxy repair putty specifically for SC 380 paste.
Machinable after 4 hours, for a 3 mm thickness application
Identical aspect to the paste SC 380, the light grey viscous paste.
NB : M 10 hardener is fully compatible with the following resins:
• M 175 resin (ratio 100/50)
• M 380 resin (ratio 100/37)
• M 390 resin (ratio 100/33)
APF 7
APF 7 is a quick setting polyester putty styrene free .
The main application is for high performance composite mould repair.
