Pancakes

Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
1 cup White Wings Pancake Mix
1 cup Caterers Choice milk
1 Daybreak egg, whisked
Method
Preheat a large, non stick frypan. Place all ingredients in a
large bowl and mix until combined.
Lightly grease the pan with some cooking spray. Ladle
spoonfuls of batter in your choice of size into the pan.
When bubbles appear on the surface, flip the pancake to
the other side. Cook until golden brown.
Serving Suggestions/Tips
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, drizzle with maple
syrup and sprinkle with icing sugar.
