Please find within this brochure details of <strong>the</strong> <strong>firms</strong> <strong>participating</strong> in this year’s Pan-African<br />

trade mission to London, hosted by <strong>the</strong> <strong>Law</strong> <strong>Society</strong> of England & Wales. <strong>The</strong> delegation will<br />

colleagues from Africa in this Pan African Legal Services<br />

Trade Mission to <strong>the</strong> United Kingdom.<br />

We are facing critical changes in <strong>the</strong> governance of <strong>the</strong><br />

profession in South Africa through our Legal Practice Bill,<br />

which is under discussion, as well as changes in <strong>the</strong> socioeconomic<br />

and legal practice landscape. Direct contact with our<br />

This year we have undertaken study tours to <strong>the</strong> United<br />

Kingdom and also to a number of African countries to learn<br />

from your experiences. This trade mission offers ano<strong>the</strong>r such<br />

opportunity for us at <strong>the</strong> <strong>Law</strong> <strong>Society</strong> of South Africa.<br />

David Etah Akoh has been managing partner of <strong>the</strong> firm since 1985.<br />

Kelvin is a Chartered Accountant with several years’ experience in<br />
