Ola is a partner of ALP and heads <strong>the</strong> energy and<br />
natural resources group of <strong>the</strong> firm. He has extensive<br />
experience in advising on oil & gas, power and<br />
mining transactions as well <strong>the</strong> structuring of inward<br />
foreign investments. His clients include exploration<br />
and production companies in <strong>the</strong> oil & gas and<br />
mining sectors, independent power producers,<br />
finance institutions and service companies in various<br />
sectors of <strong>the</strong> Nigerian economy.<br />
