Ezinne is the head of the firm’s Abuja office. She has experience of
a wide-range of commercial and litigation practice in the fields of
company law & practice, contentious probate, contractual disputes
and debt collection. She works with ancillary relief applications and
cohabitation disputes in the family department and acts for clients,
both domestic and offshore, in the acquisition and disposal of
property for investment or development, or for occupation with

Cyril is a qualified in Nigeria and U.K, he has about 19 years of
legal practice. His practice ranges from Cross Border Arbitration
and courtroom litigation, complex fraud and money laundering
cases, property, construction and private client law. He has acted in
a wide range of claims across the whole spectrum of values for
individuals, companies and organisations in relation to breach of
contact, restrictive covenant, and confidential information. Also
dealt with disputes in relation to assets and claims for breaches of

Osas is the assistant head of the firm’s Abuja Office. She is a
solicitor and a barrister specializing in private client and commercial
agreements. She is experienced in general litigations. A significant
