Adeola is the founding partner of the firm and has a wide
experience extending for more than a decade in the
commercial, marketing and financial sectors. He focuses on
corporate, foreign investments, real estate, conveyancing,
multinational financing agreements and public private
partnership. He has advised on a number of projects and
transactions including enterprise reforms, foreign
investments and corporate governance &corporate
reorganization, he has also served different clients as an
outside counsel on their day-to-day business operations.
