Osaro Eghobamien SAN<br />
<strong>The</strong> founding and Managing Partner of Perchstone & Graeys. He was<br />
conferred with <strong>the</strong> prestigious rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria in<br />
2008 and was admitted to practice in England and Wales in 1989 and<br />
1991 in Nigeria. Osaro is currently responsible for <strong>the</strong> development of<br />
banking and structured finance transactions in <strong>the</strong> firm which derives<br />
from his extensive experience in commercial litigation.<br />
Olawale Adebambo<br />
Olawale’s portfolio has included advising clients on matters uniquely<br />
exclusive to <strong>the</strong> upstream Nigerian Oil & Gas sector, <strong>the</strong> applicable<br />
contracts, <strong>the</strong> fiscal regime and acting as co-counsel in one of <strong>the</strong><br />
biggest ever sector Arbitral disputes involving a number of<br />
international oil companies and <strong>the</strong> terms of PSCs. Additionally he<br />
oversees <strong>the</strong> firm’s legislative tracking team, assisting and advising<br />
clients on <strong>the</strong> likely effect of new laws.<br />
Olubukola Thomas<br />
Olubukola is a graduate of University of Ibadan, Nigeria and was<br />
admitted to <strong>the</strong> Nigerian Bar in 2003. She joined <strong>the</strong> firm as an<br />
associate in 2008 and now leads its solicitors’ team. She is a member<br />
of a sub-committee of <strong>the</strong> legal implementation committee of <strong>the</strong><br />
Central Bank of Nigeria reviewing <strong>the</strong> asset management corporation<br />
of Nigeria Act and <strong>the</strong> proposed bill on asset backed securities and<br />
securitisation. She was <strong>the</strong> co-coordinator of <strong>the</strong> just concluded<br />
inaugural session of <strong>the</strong> African School of Bonds and securitisation<br />
and constantly proffers advice on issues bordering on corporate<br />
governance, employment and regulatory compliance.
