Adeniji Kazeem & Co. was established in 1996 with <strong>the</strong> vision of being a one stop centre to<br />

Adenigi is <strong>the</strong> managing partner of <strong>the</strong> firm, which he established<br />
after a career in legal advisory services, tax and consulting in <strong>the</strong><br />
Lagos office of Arthur Andersen (now KPMG). He holds a BSc in<br />
political science and an LLB in law from <strong>the</strong> University of Lagos; he<br />
was called to <strong>the</strong> Nigerian Bar in 1991. He also holds a Masters in<br />
Information Technology and Telecommunications <strong>Law</strong>. He has over<br />
<strong>the</strong> years brought his background in law, tax, accounting and<br />
consultancy to bear in his advice to several private and public sector<br />
local and international clients.<br />
Ajibola Edwards<br />

Ajibola is a partner in <strong>the</strong> firm. He also holds a 1986 BSc in<br />
Sociology and an LLB in <strong>Law</strong> from <strong>the</strong> University of Lagos and was<br />
called to <strong>the</strong> Nigerian Bar in 1991. He is a partner at <strong>the</strong> firm and<br />
heads <strong>the</strong>ir business development & strategy having an extensive<br />
career in <strong>the</strong> private sector. He specializes in Private Equity and PPP<br />
transactions.<br />

Olayemi was admitted to <strong>the</strong> Nigerian bar in 2003. Se has an LLB<br />
from <strong>the</strong> University of Ibadan and LLM from University College<br />
London. Se has previously worked at City Partners. 2003 – 2004,<br />
Okonjo, Odiawa & Ebie. 2004 -2005, Punuka Attorneys & Solicitors.<br />
2005 – 2008, <strong>The</strong> New Practice. 2009 -2010, Ajumogobia & Okeke.<br />
2011. She is a member of <strong>the</strong> Nigerian Bar Association and <strong>the</strong><br />
British Nigeria <strong>Law</strong> Forum.
