Rotimi’s core areas of expertise are in company law and
corporate regulation, business immigration and
intellectual property law. He advises on all issues

Kolade is an experienced Barrister, with a keen mind for
commercial litigation He has represented a range of
clients in all the superior courts in Nigeria. He also
frequently advises on oil and gas matters, with a
particular interest in the local content policy of the
Federal Government of Nigeria and the Nigerian Local
Content Act of 2010. Kolade is also presently advising
the Federal Government of Nigeria on the passage of
the Petroleum Industry Bill (PIB).
