Ajibola Dalley<br />

Ajibola is a Barrister and Solicitor of <strong>the</strong> Supreme Court of Nigeria<br />

and a Notary Public. He focuses his practice on banking and<br />

finance, insolvency and transportation, with related civil litigation.<br />

He has key experience in advising banks, financial institutions and<br />

companies in relation to contentious issues arising from complex<br />

finance transactions as well as restructuring, insolvency and corporate<br />

distress situations, especially those with a cross-border element.<br />

He is currently advising <strong>the</strong> administrators of alitalia - linee aeree<br />

italiane and BCN Plc. Ajibola has wide experience in major litigation<br />

and arbitration, covering detailed and complex disputes. He currently<br />

represents <strong>the</strong> bank of Singapore, Volvic France, South African<br />

Airways and Cadbury Nigeria Plc, amongst o<strong>the</strong>rs. In <strong>the</strong> recent past<br />

he has represented <strong>the</strong> federal government of Nigeria in relation to<br />

arbitration at <strong>the</strong> ICC in London.<br />

Remi Dalley<br />

Remi is a barrister and solicitor of <strong>the</strong> Supreme Court of Nigeria. He<br />

focuses his practice on corporate finance, corporate restructuring<br />

and commercial matters, with added specialisation in <strong>the</strong> field of<br />

intellectual property. He focuses mainly on company start ups, reorganisation,<br />

commercial agreements, and general commercial<br />

advice and company secretarial services. He also has unique<br />

experience in advising on both contentious and non-contentious<br />

intellectual property matters. He currently represents McDonald<br />

Corporation, Michelin, DHL, Honda, Nestle and Catalysis S.L. More<br />

recently he successfully obtained several infringement and<br />

cancellation orders against local infringers of Trade Marks<br />

belonging to multinational clients.
