Brenda Ntambirweki<br />
Brenda practices with Sebalu and Lule's banking & finance,<br />
capital markets and finance & project departments and has<br />
training in anti-trust and corporate insolvency law. She holds a<br />
Bachelor of <strong>Law</strong>s degree from Makerere University, a Post-<br />
Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from <strong>the</strong> <strong>Law</strong><br />
Development Centre and a Bachelor of Civil <strong>Law</strong> degree from<br />
<strong>the</strong> University of Oxford.<br />
Brenda served as <strong>the</strong> Secondee Legal Manager for Standard<br />
Chartered Bank Uganda between April and July 2010 and<br />
performed a similar role with Stanbic Bank Uganda where she<br />
was posted as a Secondee Legal Officer between January<br />
and March 2011 and with <strong>the</strong> East African Development Bank<br />
between April and May 2011.<br />
Brenda is presently on secondment to DLA Piper (London)<br />
under <strong>the</strong> <strong>International</strong> <strong>Law</strong>yers For Africa (ILFA) programme<br />
until December 2011.
