Defendant, Ahlam Oughla having moved for reconsideration of the Court's Order
filed May 25, 2012 granting Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment and the Court
having read and considered the papers submitted and any oral arguments of counsel,
and the Court having concluded that there are no genuine issues of material fact and
that judgment should be entered as a matter of law in favor of Defendant as Plaintiff
failed to demonstrate the existence of admissible evidence to sustain its burden of
persuasion as to each element of its claim, and for the reasons set forth on the record
and for good cause shown;
