Dr Andrew Crossman is a Fellow of the Royal Society Tropical Medicine & Hygiene, is a current Board
Member of the RACGP, and a College examiner. Andrew not only has a keen interest in Travel

Medicine, but also minor surgery such as removal of skin lesions/cancers. Andrew is a wellrespected
Doctor throughout Broken Hill; he is also very pro active within the community.
The Practice has special interests in:
Our Practice has a wide variety of interests, as do most other General Practices. Being a remote
community, all our staff are proficient with chronic disease management, as well as dealing with
acute situations. We also have two visiting Specialists, and an on‐site psychologist.
Extra Practice Information
Although this is our first time of being an accredited practice for GP Registrars, we are more than
aware of the requirements and needs of having a Registrar in the Surgery with Dr Crossman himself
being a Registrar in the past.
Having obtained a Customer Service and Excellence award from the Broken Hill Chamber of
Commerce for “a whole‐of‐team approach to patient care and well‐being” we strive to instill these
values into all Doctors, Nurses, and members of Staff.
