the County Manager for County team preparations when the starred rounds of games are fixed.’<br />

12. That the winners of the group sections in youth leagues have a home draw against the fourth<br />

13. In a measure to offset costs, <strong>Tyrone</strong> County Finance Committee in conjunction with <strong>Tyrone</strong><br />
Referees Administration Committee should look into obtaining sponsorship for the <strong>Tyrone</strong><br />
referee panel. The sponsor’s name / logo could be displayed on the official’s jerseys when<br />
officiating at games. The income generated from the sponsorship should be used to finance the<br />
referee’s expenses for the year. Any deficit that remains can be divided amongst the clubs and<br />
any surplus should be retained by <strong>Tyrone</strong> County Committee.<br />

14. That the County Board review the calculation of insurance for Clubs. The high fees on small<br />
clubs are causing severe hardship.<br />

15. That in consideration of Insurance Premium that the principle is established that there are<br />
three categories of club basically small, medium and large and that this is not only based on<br />
membership but an element is also based on potential membership within the catchment area.<br />
These categories of size to also cover the range of insurable activities all across the club.<br />

16. The current system on how club fees for insurance & public liability are allocated should<br />
be more transparent. We would request that a full review on the allocation of fees should be<br />
undertaken within the county by a dedicated working group with appropriate representation<br />
from both the clubs & a range of appropriate independent financial advisors & or insurers.<br />
