• Training and Capacity Development in Education • Inclusive Secondary Education<br />

• Curriculum Development<br />

• Knowledge Management<br />

• Out of School<br />

General knowledge of:<br />

• Methodology of programme/project management<br />

• Education Programmatic goals, policies and strategies<br />

• Knowledge of global secondary education issues, specifically relating to out of school<br />

adolescents<br />

• UNICEF policies and strategy to address inclusive education issues.<br />

• UNICEF financial, supply and administrative rules and regulations.<br />

• Rights-based and Results-based programming in UNICEF.<br />

• Equity-based programming in UNICEF.<br />

• UNICEF programme policy, procedures and guidelines in the Manual.<br />

• Mid-Term Strategic Plan<br />

• UNICEF Board endorsed policy papers (e.g. The Education Strategy)<br />

• Gender equality and equity focus<br />
