eligible families, however does not keep a waiting list.<br />

When a house becomes vacant it is allocated<br />

according <strong>to</strong> a procedure assessing priority of need.<br />

Can self refer<br />

9.00 am – 5.00 pm Monday <strong>to</strong> Friday<br />

On call after hours <strong>and</strong> weekends<br />

Low cost supported accommodation, transitional<br />

outreach support, information <strong>and</strong> referral<br />

Families sign a Tenancy Agreement with Modified<br />

Prescribed Terms. Must be self managing, be willing <strong>to</strong><br />

engage in case management <strong>and</strong> support programs<br />

Capacity <strong>to</strong> pay is not an egilibility requirement.<br />

Transitional <strong>and</strong> outreach support is free.<br />

<strong>Accommodation</strong> is up <strong>to</strong> 25% of income<br />

Partial access <strong>to</strong> some houses<br />
