We have brought you the most amazing, delicious and quality driven products that are available today, from new products, to well known proven artisan makers who are experts in their field. We have Author, Health educator and Macrobiotic counsellor and cookery teacher Marlene Watson Tara sharing her wealth of experience in health education and sharing “Dieting is out, healthy eating is in” packed with information and a competition to win one of her courses. Jasmine of self sufficient cafe shares her gardening techniques so you can grow your own vegetables and fruit at home, making you totally self sufficient and ecological at the same time. Where can you go to stay and have a totally vegan breakfast and dinner in a B&B in the UK? we have found the start of many to be featured in UK Cornwall and Berwick Upon Tweed on the Scottish border. We have an amazing company from Vienna Austria talking about their 100% vegan ice cream parlour and a recipe for summer for you to create at home. We have extended ourselves to include a brand new vegan shoe company from the UK and Planet Vegan, an amazing American business producing T shirts and Vegan organic seeds as gifts. As always plenty of recipes for you to make and enjoy.

Well it’s here! Summer and our<br />

3 rd issue, so proud and we<br />

are already inspiring other<br />

magazines to start up! Fantastic,<br />

the more the better we say. We are focusing<br />

on all of the unique people from all over the<br />

world who are making a conscious choice<br />

about what they eat and how this affects the<br />

environment, themselves, and all sentient<br />

beings, and becoming an example for all to<br />

see.<br />

This issue brings more passion, pleasure<br />

and inspirational people, read why people became vegan, how this<br />

consciously changed their view on life and how it shaped the future<br />

careers that were waiting for them to discover<br />

More street food, this time from Bristol, an incredible vegan ice cream<br />

maker from Vienna and talented producers from Italy creating the<br />

most incredible fresh healthy products that we have found. There<br />

are many producers out there but we wish to bring you the best, most<br />

ethical and environmentally aware people who are creating food with<br />

passion, not just to make some money from the latest buzz about<br />

vegans.<br />

These businesses are proof that you can create healthy vegan foods.<br />

We have made sure that the producers are available for you to buy,<br />

both in stores, and also on-line as not everyone has access to the<br />

wonderful whole foods shops out there.<br />

What is unique about Fresh Vegan? we speak to every single person<br />

featured in our magazines, I like to find out about how they started,<br />

why they started, what inspires them and help to promote all these<br />

amazingly talented people in the hope of inspiring you to get into the<br />

kitchen and create your own food!<br />
