PSEB Service of Engineers (Elect.) Regulations, 1965. 

The officials at Sr. No. 1 to 31 would have continued to work as AAE had they not been promoted as 

AE/ (Elect.). 

The above otficials on promotion shall not be entitled to seniority as AE (Elect.) over those who are 

otherwise senior to them but whose cases are not complete for want of certain formalities. 

ln case if any of the otficials at Sr. No. 1 to 31 on promotion does not join at his new station of posting 

within the stipulated period, his pay should not be released. 

lf any of the otficials at Sr. No. 1 to 31 fails to join, on promotion, at the proposed posting station, within 

one month, his promotion will be automatically considered as foregone without any notice as per 

instructions circulated vide memo No. 1928771 1944271 ENG/ G-2121 Yol.8/ Loose dt.22.10.93 further

production of original certificates regarding proof of date of birth/ technical qualifications/ having passed 

Punjabi of Matric level, for which clearance shall be issued by this otfice.
