Promotion of officers at Sr. No. 1 and 2 has been made without prejudice to the outcome of
pending and new disciplinary cases/ FIR against them, if any, and that punishment pertaining
to the period of lower post shall continue to have its effect during the higher post on
promotion.
Promotion of above officers at Sr. No. 1 and 2 has been made without prejudice to the
outcome of the Court Cases/ Civil Writ Petitions which might be going on in any Lower CourU
High CourU Supreme Court and that the decision of any such Court case shall be applicable
to them.
The officers at Sr. No. 1 and 2 would have continued to work as Addl. SE/ Elect. had they not
been promoted as SE.
The promoted officers at Sr. No. 1 and 2 would be on probation for a period of one year under
Regulation 13.1 of Erstwhile PSEB Service of Engineers (Elect.) Regulations, 1965.
The above officers at Sr. No. 1 and 2 on promotion shall not be entitled to seniority as SE
over those who are otherwise senior to them but whose cases are not complete for want of
certain formalities.
The sequence of order of the officers at Sr. No. 1 and 2may not be considered as seniority.
lf any of the officer at Sr. No. 1 and 2 fails to join on promotion at proposed posting stations
within one month, his promotion will be automatically considered as foregone without any
