4. to approve the above arrangements concerning payment of the expenses of
members of the Regional General Council, Regional Executive Bureau and
Committees; and
5. to take note of a Project Proposal submitted to the ITUC to fill the gap of
the ITUC General Fund Allocations between 2011 and 2012.
