Format:<br />
• The Table of Contents at the front of the book gives the section number and page numbers for each<br />
category.<br />
• Firms are listed in alphabetical order in each category.<br />
• An alphabetical listing of firms with page numbers appears at the back of the <strong>directory</strong> under Section<br />
Three.<br />
• See Example (below) for codes used to identify contact person, phone number, and certifications of<br />
each business along with a description of the business, previous clients, date the business was established,<br />
the number of employees, sales for the previous year and size of facility.<br />

If you are looking for a <strong>supplier</strong> to print a brochure explaining your company’s services or products, go<br />
to the front pages (i-iii) and see what categories are listed. You will see a category named Professional<br />
- Advertising Agencies. Turning to the pages listed for the Professional - Advertising Agencies section<br />
and you will find that <strong>supplier</strong>s are listed in alphabetical order.<br />
