Morning Announcements - Archbishop Rummel High School

The Senior Ring Dance will be held tomorrow night in the Raider Room from 8:00 –
11:00 PM. The dance is semi-formal, coat and tie required, and free to all seniors. All
are invited with or without a date.
The 1 st quarter Driver’s Education class will start on September 3 rd and go to September
16 th from 3:00 – 6:00 PM each day. The session will be held in the cafeteria. Forms may
be picked up from the front desk.
Chapelle High School is hosting their annual Back to School Dance in the Chapelle Gym
tonight from 8-10:30 PM. The cost is $10.00. Please bring your Rummel School ID to
get in. Only dress shorts are allowed. No gym shorts are allowed.
The annual senior/faculty flag football game is on the band field today at lunch. The
past two years, the faculty has beaten the seniors so come and watch as the seniors try
to reclaim their title.
There will be an informational meeting on Monday in room 102 at the beginning of
lunch for anyone interested in trying out for the two time defending State Champion
Bowling Team. If you have any questions or cannot attend, please see Coach Caire.
Attention all 8 th and 9 th graders! Are you interested in being a leader on campus and
being part of Student Council? Come to the informational meeting on Tuesday, August
27 th to find out more info about running for Class President. The meeting will be held in
room 210 during the 1 st half of lunch.
