1. Entry fees are payable for projects submitted. This fee covers only
the entry into the awards process for judging. Awards presentation
night attendance ticket is not included.

C. PRESENTATION OF PROJECT
Your work may be presented in any of the following formats:
Actual item
Designers of 3 dimensional works may wish to present a ‘hard copy’.
Designers may decide to present a prototype, model or completed
article. Graphic designers may decide to submit the book, business card,
wine label etc.
If the actual item is to be submitted at the time of judging, the entrant
must supply one A4 colour print of the article with the entry form.
Digital Images for projection
A minimum of four, maximum of ten, digital images sized to 1024x768
pixels must be supplied on a CD. The CD must be clearly marked with:

Images may be used by the DIA for promotional use, and submission is
deemed as consent for use.
GOTYA and Student category only
Submit only a completed entry form, entry fee and digital images by
entry deadline. Items for jury presentation need only be brought to the
day of judging. Note that GOTYA entries are selected in conjunction
with your School. GOTYAs replace the previous ASDAs.

D. PROMOTION OF PROJECT
Digital images for publication
All entrants are also required to provide publishable images of their work
on CD at the time of entry. These should be offset printing reproduction
quality, CMYK at 300 dpi, (Minimum A5 size), 210 x 149mm or 2482 x 1761
pixels.
