personnel must check all loan files in their entirety before shipping the<br />
closed loan to WINTRUST MORTGAGE.<br />
All conditions of loan approval must be included in file<br />
1008 must match Note, Security Instrument, HUD‐1, Appraisal,<br />
final 1003, final AUS findings, and Final Loan Approval<br />
All pages of AUS findings must be included. All AUS findings must<br />
be released to WINTRUST MORTGAGE as “FINAL”<br />
All pages of the credit report must be included in file<br />
If loan was underwritten by an MI company, the MI company<br />
approval must be included in file<br />
Initial and Final 1003’s must be fully completed and comply with all<br />
state, federal, and HMDA requirements to include LO signature and<br />
NMLS ID #.<br />
The Initial GFE and TIL must be dated within 3 business days of the<br />
initial application<br />
All conditions of the appraisal must be included in file<br />
All FHA and VA worksheets, notices, disclosures must be complete<br />
and in file<br />
A copy of the appraisers license and E&O insurance must be in file<br />
A Verbal VOE (regardless of AUS findings) must be performed<br />
within 10 days of the closing and included in file<br />
First payment letter must be included in file<br />
Wiring instructions must be included in file<br />
