Session Participant Information<br />
Networking Coffee/Danish for<br />
Presenters and Session Organizers<br />
Monday - Friday, 7:15 – 8:00 a.m.<br />
Center Hall North<br />
On the day of your scheduled presentation, a table will be<br />
reserved with your Final Session ID. Meet with the other session<br />
participants and discuss session logistics. All session materials<br />
will be distributed at this meeting. Coffee and pastry provided.<br />
Presentation Uploads<br />
Presenters (authors, panelists, lecturers, tu<strong>to</strong>rial instruc<strong>to</strong>rs)<br />
should plan <strong>to</strong> upload their presentations only on the computer<br />
in the session room in which they will be presenting. Please<br />
arrive 15 <strong>to</strong> 30 minutes prior <strong>to</strong> your session <strong>to</strong> upload your<br />
presentation.<br />
Presentations may be uploaded from CD-ROM or memory<br />
stick (flash drive). There will not be a central network server<br />
for the sessions.<br />
Audiovisual Equipment<br />
Standard AV equipment provided in meeting rooms:<br />
• LCD data projec<strong>to</strong>r • Microphone(s)<br />
• Computer • Pointer<br />
• Screen<br />
Registration<br />
ASME is a not for profit organization and requires all session<br />
participants <strong>to</strong> register and pay an appropriate registration fee. On<br />
site registration is located in the Congress Foyer Registration. See<br />
other registration information on page 129.<br />
Badge Ribbons<br />
Pick up ribbons at the Information Desk in the Congress Foyer.<br />
See display for available ribbons.<br />

Conference Sessions<br />
IGTI staff (with red badges) and session assistants (with Assistant<br />
badge ribbons) are circulating in the meeting room hallways <strong>to</strong><br />
provide assistance as needed.<br />
Information Desk<br />
Open during registration hours, the Information Desk is a<br />
source for all meeting room related answers and supplies. Need<br />
assistance with AV? Looking for a committee’s best paper award?<br />

DVD Proceedings/Paper Printing<br />
All technical conference registrants will have their badges<br />
encoded <strong>to</strong> receive a DVD containing all papers published for<br />
ASME TURBO EXPO <strong>2012</strong>. Present your badge in the Registration<br />
Area in Congress Foyer Registration <strong>to</strong> receive your DVD. A<br />
computer printing station will also be available at the Information<br />
Desk for printing individual papers from the DVD.<br />
