Murtoli is a collection of former shepherd’s houses transformed into luxury<br />
villas in lush Corsican countryside. They sleep as few as two or as many as<br />
13 and sit either in a scenic valley or on a private beach. And now those who<br />
stay here can enjoy a unique golf concept devised by Kyle Phillips, whose<br />
reputation was forged at classic courses such as Kingsbarns and Yas Links.<br />
Phillips has laid out 12 greens, like the original Open course at Prestwick<br />
and, when at quiet times, his routing allows for crossing of holes – which<br />
can also be played both in a clockwise and counterclockwise direction. The<br />
course can be played in a nine-hole par 31, a 12-hole par 44, or an 18-hole<br />
