The studio of Daniel Padron &
associates was asked to build a
project of 100 apartments and public
facilities in the area of “El Castillo”,
Fuerteventura.
The area is interesting because of its
location, next to the beach and a golf
field, and also because of the proximity
to the city center.
There are 3 main typologies which
are modulated to suffer the minimum
variation, in this way they can be
adapted to the plots request. The
project aims the most flexible housing
area possible.
Este proyecto de 100 viviendas y
equipamientos públicos para el area de
“El Castillo” en Fuerteventura, es uno de
los proyectos más recientes del estudio
de Daniel Padrón y asociados arquitectos.
El area es interesante por su cercanía
al centro del pueblo, a la playa y a un
campo de golf.
Hay tres tipologías de viviendas que
mediante la modulación de las
estancias y la flexibilidad de estas,
pueden adaptarse a la orientación del
lugar. De esta manera, el proyecto
busca la máxima flexibilidad posible.
