Boasting many feathers on her hat, she is currently a member <strong>of</strong> the<br />

advisory board <strong>of</strong> the Hong Kong Institute <strong>of</strong> Monetary Research and<br />

special advisor to the European Commission on China issues. In addition to<br />

her previous roles as Head <strong>of</strong> the International Economy Division <strong>of</strong> Bank<br />

<strong>of</strong> Spain, the Head <strong>of</strong> Emerging Economies at the Research Department at<br />

Banco Santander and a member <strong>of</strong> the Counsel to the Executive Board <strong>of</strong><br />

the European Central Bank, she was also an economist at the International<br />

Monetary Fund. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from George Washington;<br />

Meals<br />

Networking Golf<br />

1 The networking golf event will be a 9-hole mini tournament.<br />

2 The venue is Lakewood Golf Club in Zhuhai <strong>city</strong> in China. Golf<br />

participants are required to possess a valid China visa.<br />

3 The organizer will provide transportation from the Grand Hyatt<br />

Macau to the golf course and back.<br />

4 The journey from Gongbei Custom to Lakewood Golf Club will take<br />

approximately 45 minutes. The journey from Lakewood Golf Club to<br />

Hengqin Custom will take approximately 90 minutes.<br />

5 The tee-<strong>of</strong>f is before 9:30am and finishes by 2:00pm. All golfers are<br />

required to check-out from the hotel and leave for Gongbei Custom by<br />

7:00am. You are required to take all belongings with you when crossing<br />

the custom for inspection.<br />
