TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Delegate Pass
1 The organizer will issue 1 master bill to the primary delegate for the
total payment.
2 AEF Passes under the Value+ and Exclusive All-In Packages include
unlimited access to the Welcome Reception & Dinner, Main Forum,
Networking Cocktail, Gala Dinner and Half-Day Macau City Tour.
3 Only Value+ Package A and B include access to networking golf.
4 All Exclusive All-In Packages include access to networking golf.
5 This promotion closes on the 31 st of August, 2012.
6 The organizing party does not provide refunds for modifications or
cancellations.
7 Payment is due 7 days after receiving the invoice.
8 The organizer reserves the right to modify the promotion packages
during the promotion period should the need arise.
9 Invoiced sums are payable in full. Should you be unable to attend, a
substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge.
10 The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry if payment is not
received before the event.
11 The organizer reserves the right to alter the programme without
notice including the substitution, alteration or cancellation of speakers
and/or topics and/or the alteration of the dates of the event.
12 The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of
a substitution, alteration, postponement or cancellation of an event.
Accommodation
1 All applicants can choose between the Grand Suite King and Grand
Suite Twin room.
2 Rooms are only inclusive of a three day two night stay.
3 Each room is inclusive of up to 2 daily breakfasts.
4 The organizing party does not provide any refunds for cancelations.
5 Check-in is on 19 September 2012 after 1500 hours.
6 Check-out is on 21st September 2012, 1100 hours.
7 The room rates are per room for three days and two nights.

11 Complimentary WIFI internet access is available in all guestrooms,
banquet facilities and public areas within Grand Hyatt Macau.

Round Trip
1 Flights are only valid for delegates travelling from the following
countries: Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India,
Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Maldives, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore,
South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, and Thailand.
2 Flight packages are only included in the Exclusive All-In Packages only.
3 Flight tickets include on-board meals and a luggage allowance of
minimum of 15 Kg’s per passenger.
4 The organizer will not arrange for your necessary visa applications.
5 Flights will arrive in Macau on 19th September before 6pm, and depart
on 21st September after 11am.
6 The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage of luggage or
personal property, confusion in meals or any other service on the flight.
Airport Transfer
1 Airport transfer is inclusive in all packages.
2 Kindly get in touch with the organizer for airport transfer schedule.
3 The organizer is not responsible for any delay or cancelation of the
airport transfer shuttle.
4 The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage of luggage or
personal property.
Meals
1 Delegates have the option of choosing between vegetarian, nonvegetarian
and halal/kosher meals.
2 This package includes meals provided for all AEF events.
3 The organizer is not responsible for the quality or any mix-up the
airlines may make in providing the meal.
4 Breakfast and lunch are provided for the networking golf participants.
Networking Golf
1 The networking golf event will be a 9-hole mini tournament.
2 The venue is Lakewood Golf Club in Zhuhai city in China. Golf
participants are required to possess a valid China visa.
3 The organizer will provide transportation from the Grand Hyatt
Macau to the golf course and back.
4 The journey from Gongbei Custom to Lakewood Golf Club will take
approximately 45 minutes. The journey from Lakewood Golf Club to
Hengqin Custom will take approximately 90 minutes.
5 The tee-off is before 9:30am and finishes by 2:00pm. All golfers are
required to check-out from the hotel and leave for Gongbei Custom by
7:00am. You are required to take all belongings with you when crossing
the custom for inspection.
