TERMS AND CONDITIONS<br />

Delegate Pass<br />

1 The organizer will issue 1 master bill to the primary delegate for the<br />

total payment.<br />

2 AEF Passes under the Value+ and Exclusive All-In Packages include<br />

unlimited access to the Welcome Reception & Dinner, Main Forum,<br />

Networking Cocktail, Gala Dinner and Half-Day Macau City Tour.<br />

3 Only Value+ Package A and B include access to networking golf.<br />

4 All Exclusive All-In Packages include access to networking golf.<br />

5 This promotion closes on the 31 st <strong>of</strong> August, <strong>2012</strong>.<br />

6 The organizing party does not provide refunds for modifications or<br />

cancellations.<br />

7 Payment is due 7 days after receiving the invoice.<br />

8 The organizer reserves the right to modify the promotion packages<br />

during the promotion period should the need arise.<br />

9 Invoiced sums are payable in full. Should you be unable to attend, a<br />

substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge.<br />

10 The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry if payment is not<br />

received before the event.<br />

11 The organizer reserves the right to alter the programme without<br />

notice including the substitution, alteration or cancellation <strong>of</strong> speakers<br />

and/or topics and/or the alteration <strong>of</strong> the dates <strong>of</strong> the event.<br />

12 The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result <strong>of</strong><br />

a substitution, alteration, postponement or cancellation <strong>of</strong> an event.<br />

Accommodation<br />

1 All applicants can choose between the Grand Suite King and Grand<br />

Suite Twin room.<br />

2 Rooms are only inclusive <strong>of</strong> a three day two night stay.<br />

3 Each room is inclusive <strong>of</strong> up to 2 daily breakfasts.<br />

4 The organizing party does not provide any refunds for cancelations.<br />

5 Check-in is on <strong>19</strong> September <strong>2012</strong> after 1500 hours.<br />

6 Check-out is on <strong>21</strong>st September <strong>2012</strong>, 1100 hours.<br />

7 The room rates are per room for three days and two nights.<br />

11 Complimentary WIFI internet access is available in all guestrooms,<br />

Round Trip<br />

1 Flights are only valid for delegates travelling from the following<br />

countries: Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India,<br />

Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Maldives, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore,<br />

South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, and Thailand.<br />

2 Flight packages are only included in the Exclusive All-In Packages only.<br />

3 Flight tickets include on-board meals and a luggage allowance <strong>of</strong><br />

minimum <strong>of</strong> 15 Kg’s per passenger.<br />

4 The organizer will not arrange for your necessary visa applications.<br />

5 Flights will arrive in Macau on <strong>19</strong>th September before 6pm, and depart<br />

on <strong>21</strong>st September after 11am.<br />

6 The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage <strong>of</strong> luggage or<br />

personal property, confusion in meals or any other service on the flight.<br />

Airport Transfer<br />

1 Airport transfer is inclusive in all packages.<br />

2 Kindly get in touch with the organizer for airport transfer schedule.<br />

3 The organizer is not responsible for any delay or cancelation <strong>of</strong> the<br />

airport transfer shuttle.<br />

4 The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage <strong>of</strong> luggage or<br />

personal property.<br />

Meals<br />

1 Delegates have the option <strong>of</strong> choosing between vegetarian, nonvegetarian<br />

and halal/kosher meals.<br />

2 This package includes meals provided for all AEF events.<br />

3 The organizer is not responsible for the quality or any mix-up the<br />

airlines may make in providing the meal.<br />

4 Breakfast and lunch are provided for the networking golf participants.<br />

Networking Golf<br />

1 The networking golf event will be a 9-hole mini tournament.<br />

2 The venue is Lakewood Golf Club in Zhuhai <strong>city</strong> in China. Golf<br />

participants are required to possess a valid China visa.<br />

3 The organizer will provide transportation from the Grand Hyatt<br />

Macau to the golf course and back.<br />

4 The journey from Gongbei Custom to Lakewood Golf Club will take<br />

approximately 45 minutes. The journey from Lakewood Golf Club to<br />

Hengqin Custom will take approximately 90 minutes.<br />

5 The tee-<strong>of</strong>f is before 9:30am and finishes by 2:00pm. All golfers are<br />

required to check-out from the hotel and leave for Gongbei Custom by<br />

7:00am. You are required to take all belongings with you when crossing<br />

the custom for inspection.<br />

4 The primary delegate must fill out the form on the first page and<br />

email it to us by 3rd September <strong>2012</strong>.<br />
