Tag press
Welands computor controlled tag press is of our
own construction and manufacturing. The press
is very flexible and easy to operate.
The tag press is controlled by a computer that
manages communication between the operator
and the press as well as the engine and air
cylinders so that the end result will be a tag.
Information that should be on the tags are either
written manual at the key board, loaded via USB
memory or you can connect the press to a network.
The press is delivered with a tagcollector as
standard.

happening and what choices you have.

Each tag can be embossed with up to 40 characters. The length of tag varies with the number of
characters employed. Holes can be punched at either end or both ends of the tag. Automatic counting
of consecutive numbers embossed can be incorporated

Tags from Weland
For companies with a need for tags but not as much as
to motivate a tag press of their own, Weland can deliver
tags with text according to customer specification.
Double line tags
Weland embossed marking tags can be produced of steel
strip, stain-less steel, aluminum or brass. The tags can
be embossed with an optional number of characters (up
to 40 characters - letters and figu-res). The tags are
about 30 mm wide, and the length varies according to
the number of characters. Holes can be punched at
either end or both ends of the tag. Automatic counting
of consecutive number can be obtained.
Due to the fact that the tags are die sunk they are easy
to read even after hot dip galvanizing, shotblasting or
painting. Tags made of non-rusting material are always
easy to read, even in dirty and aggressive environment.

Single-line tags of
stainless material
The tags are fastened by means of screws, plastic
bundling strip or with stainless bundling strip.
Serial numbers can be generated and supplied
on tape.
Use Weland marking tags on hydraulic hoses, pneumatic hoses and electric cables, and you get a distinct
marking that will last for years.
Even after a fire electric
cables can be identified.
