Qualifications:<br />

B.E – Mech/ Industrial/Production<br />

Experience:<br />

2-6 years<br />

Exposure in Front Line <strong>Sales</strong> of Industrial Consumables like cutting tools, cutting fluids<br />

and welding electrodes. Experience in handling dealer’s network, retailers and<br />

customers.<br />

Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities<br />

1. Achieve sales target<br />

Achieve sales target in the assigned territory<br />

2. Business Development<br />

Identify new opportunities for conversion<br />

Convert the identified business opportunities<br />

Conduct trials – for all established products approved by Product management,<br />

report the status of the trial and close loop the same<br />

3. Dealer/Customer Management<br />

Be involved in customer initiatives & technical engagement (for selected<br />

accounts)<br />

• Manage complaints:<br />

o Understand the root cause of the problem & make a detailed investigation<br />

report in the complaint module.<br />

o Closure of the complaint in all respects<br />

o Implement/ Suggest corrective actions to avoid recurrence.

• Train the Dealers & DSE’s – On the job training<br />

• Train customers<br />

• Organize way bills<br />

• Resolve issues related to collection of statutory forms<br />

• Maintain relations at all levels at customer’s place<br />

4. Market Intelligence<br />

• Gather information from market on:<br />

o Competition activity<br />

o Market Mapping<br />

o Gather Competition price information & reporting<br />

5. Management of Receivables<br />

• Ensure Collections as per the credit policy<br />

• Maintain the quality of receivables<br />

6. Reporting – Monthly, Visit<br />

• Manage various sales reports
