Embroidery is one of the first enhancements most customers look at when considering decoration of VF Imagewear apparel. A logo
announces to the world who you represent and a strong first impression can make a big difference in business. Imagine It can handle all
aspects of your embroidery needs. We can create a logo from scratch or digitize and re-work an existing image. We offer a wide selection
of thread colors constructed from a 60% Poly / 40% Cotton blend that insures vibrancy as well as colorfastness. Read on to see some of

How to Request a Custom Logo
• Go on-line - Visit www.vfimagewear.com and click on CUSTOM LOGO
to submit your logo image / artwork.
• Formats - Acceptable formats for artwork of logo include: .TIF, .BMP,
.JPG, .EPS, or submit previously digitized file (tajima format preferred).
• Color / Thread Limitations - Custom logos are limited to 9 colors.
• Size - A typical left or right chest location is about 2 ½" x 3½".
Small detail in a logo design may require resizing or an adjustment so
that detail can be seen. See following pages for size guidelines on
garments and locations.
• Digitizing Fees - 1 - 8,000 stitches - $95.00*. 8,001 stitches
and up - $125.00*
• Color Changes - There is a $25.00* fee for changing colors to an
existing logo if a new logo number is required.
• Revisions - Charges for revisions are determined based upon complexity.
There may be up to a $50.00* fee for customer requested revisions.

• Timeline - Please allow up to 3 days to receive a sew-off of custom
logos. Logos in excess of 20,000 stitches may require longer.
Using the On-line Interface

When creating images on-line, you have the ability to upload your own image so it can be used in creating your customized garment. After
completing your customization on-line, the above process is still required to digitize your image for embroidery. The on-line interface
will prompt you to complete this process.
We are happy to work with you to have your logos loaded into our system under your customer account number. This will allow your
logos to populate within the Imagine It interface screen to be utilized for on-line customization. Ask your VF Customer Service
Representative for more information.
