Inte<strong>res</strong>ted parties may purchase the tender document directly from the office of <strong>NABI</strong> by pay<strong>in</strong>g Rs.300/- or download the<br />
tender documents directly from the website and attach a DD of Rs.300 (Three Hundred only) <strong>in</strong> favour of National Agri-Food<br />
Biotechnology Institute as cost of tender documents. Both the bids i.e. the Technical & Price bids must be submitted on or<br />
before 21st August 20<strong>10</strong> at 3.00 PM along with EMD.<br />
The technical bid will be opened on 21st August 20<strong>10</strong> at 4.00 PM onwards <strong>in</strong> the p<strong>res</strong>ence of the bidders, who wish<br />
to be p<strong>res</strong>ent. The f<strong>in</strong>ancial bid of only those tenderers who are assessed as technically qualified by the committee will be<br />
opened with prior <strong>in</strong>timation to the tenderer.<br />
The Executive Director, <strong>NABI</strong> <strong>res</strong>erves the right to accept/reject any offer <strong>in</strong> part or full without assign<strong>in</strong>g any reason.<br />
