Please fill in this form to apply for a fundraising grant under the Community Support Scheme.<br />

Every Royal Mail Group employee can apply for a grant of up to £200 once every funding year to help cover the costs of<br />

organising a fundraising activity. The funding year runs from April 2013 to March 2014.<br />

This applies to fundraising for our Charity of the Year and all other registered charities and registered good causes you<br />

support.<br />

This grant is only available if you have already applied and been accepted for one of Royal Mail’s matched giving schemes for<br />

the same fundraising activity.<br />

You need to fill in all the details on this form or we will not be able to process your request. Please ensure you have read the<br />

<strong>Fundraising</strong> <strong>Grant</strong> guidelines carefully before completing this form.<br />
