The Wednesday Morn<strong>in</strong>g Study<br />

Group is run by members <strong>of</strong> the<br />

Volunteers’ Circle <strong>of</strong> the <strong>National</strong><br />

<strong>Gallery</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Canada</strong>.<br />

Members <strong>of</strong> the Group <strong>and</strong> <strong>in</strong>vited<br />

speakers present illustrated talks<br />

on the year’s chosen topics. There<br />

are usually two papers <strong>of</strong> forty<br />

m<strong>in</strong>utes each per session.<br />

Programs <strong>of</strong>fered by the<br />

Volunteers’ Circle <strong>in</strong>clude daytours,<br />

extended travel to major<br />

galleries <strong>and</strong> museums for<br />

Members <strong>of</strong> the NGC, other Study<br />

Groups <strong>and</strong> school outreach<br />

programs such as Vive les arts !<br />

<strong>and</strong> Look<strong>in</strong>g at Pictures.<br />
