Club <strong>Web</strong> sites should not contain material that is not relevant to achieving the mission of the club. Clubs<br />
may only place on their <strong>Web</strong> sites information about candidates for club, district or International office who<br />
are members of that club.<br />
The <strong>Web</strong> page may also include an online version of the club’s newsletter. It must carry the <strong>Toast</strong>masters<br />
International trademark acknowledgement statement as published by World Headquarters. <strong>Toast</strong>masters<br />
International – the trademark owner – reserves the right to determine how clubs use trademarks as part of<br />
domain names. While the vice president public relations or <strong>Web</strong>master designs and maintains the club <strong>Web</strong><br />
page, the club president is the publisher and is responsible for its content.<br />
Clubs may include on their <strong>Web</strong> pages the names, addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses of<br />
club officers, the creator/maintainer of the page (the <strong>Web</strong>master), club support personnel and individual -<br />
members after having received express written permission from each individual. Individual member<br />
information (such as member addresses, e-mail addresses or telephone numbers) may be placed on club<br />
<strong>Web</strong> sites only if it is placed in a password-protected area.<br />
